Our First Gut
When we renovated this house we simply wanted to design a better place than other investors would. Little did we know it would inspire us to do more and continuously look for more projects. We sold this 3/1 + den home in 2016.
The Charming Cottage
Although located just minutes from downtown, this home always felt like a cottage in the countryside - so we made it one. A double size corner lot and two majestic mango trees are just some of the features of this home. It is currently rented.
The Avocado Tree House
Located in North Miami, this house had been divided into three separate units. We legalized all additions and turned this house into a 3/2 with lots of charm and character. It sold to a young couple mid 2018.
The Blue Kitchen House
This house had been abandoned for over ten years when we bought it. We envisioned a spacious 4/2 with modern design accents. Once listed, the home went under contract in six days, $5,000 over asking and non-contingent upon appraisal.
The Fifty-Shades-of-Grey House
One wouldn’t believe how much you can get out of 1,200 sqft living space - we made sure every square foot had a purpose: from the open concept living room to the master suite that is divided into a bedroom and a dressing room. We sold this home within four days on the market.
