CURATED., a premier luxury interior design studio located on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, FL, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Execution Manager. This is a full-time position for someone who is ready to bring our sophisticated design visions to life with precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the execution of luxury interior design projects from inception to completion.
Effectively communicate and relay detailed instructions to contractors.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are organized and on track.
Utilize project management software and apps to monitor progress and manage timelines.
Coordinate with team members and contractors at our Lincoln Road office, remotely, and on-site at project locations.
Requirements:
Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Construction Background: Preferred experience in construction with a solid understanding of project workflows.
Project Management Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing projects, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to relay precise instructions to contractors.
Multi-Tasking and Organized: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Stress Management: Ability to handle stress and work efficiently under pressure, especially during crunch times.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using software and apps, with a fast-learning aptitude for new systems and processes.
Time Management: Strong time management skills to ensure timely project completion.
Transportation: Must have a car and a valid driver’s license.

What You Will Do:
Regular Site Visits: You'll assist with regularly scheduled visits to client properties. These visits allow you to witness projects unfold firsthand, ensuring progress aligns with design plans and quality standards are met.
Sample Material Coordination: Work closely with contractors to ensure timely delivery of samples, from paint swatches to intricate millwork pieces. Ensuring clients have access to all the materials they need to make informed design decisions.
