Congratulations! You've been personally invited to join the CURATED. Referral Program. This is a unique opportunity to earn a reward OR make a difference in the world by “paying it forward” and choosing a charity for us to donate your reward to – all by simply sharing the luxury interior design services you already love.
At CURATED., we believe great design is meant to be shared. Whether it’s a new high-rise condo unit, or a full home transformation, CURATED.'s bespoke and Instant Interiors™ services are renowned for creating sophisticated, tailored interiors. Now, we're inviting you to help others experience this level of design while rewarding you for your trusted recommendations.
How the Referral Program Works:
Refer a Client: Share CURATED.'s services with anyone in need of luxury interior design. When they book a consultation, make sure they mention your name as the referrer during their initial conversation with our team.
Submit the Referral: To register the referral, email us at hello@thecurated.group within one month of the time that your referred client initially contacts CURATED. Please include the prospective client’s name and contact details (plus any project location information) in your email so we can track your rewards. Once we directly confirm your referral with an email reply, you can rest assured that it has been officially registered.
Watch the Referral Reward Fees Add Up: Once your referral completes their first project with CURATED., you’ll start accruing rewards that you can either keep - or pay forward to a charity! You will be credited a referral reward for each project the referred client completes; up to a maximum of three projects (provided each additional project is started within 12 months of their previous one).

Example Referral Rewards:
Here’s an example scenario, illustrating the potential referral rewards that can be accrued by referring a client who completes three projects with us. Let’s assume their initial design fee is $25,000 for each project (*actual initial design and referral rewards will vary based on individual project scope and size).
First Project:
Initial Design Fee: $25,000*
Your Referral Reward: 5% = $1,250
Second Project:
Initial Design Fee: $25,000*
Your Referral Reward: 3% = $750
Third Project:
Initial Design Fee: $25,000*
Your Referral Reward: 2% = $500
In this example, that results in referral rewards of up to $2,500* for referring one client who completes three projects!
How to Get Started:
Start referring today! Just introduce CURATED. to any friends, family, colleagues, or industry connections interested in high-end interior design services - and have them contact us.
They can contact us through our website or call us directly to book their consultation. Don’t forget to remind them to mention your name during the initial consultation for their project.

Terms and Conditions of the CURATED Referral Program:
Participation:
The referral program is available to select participants by invitation only.
Eligibility:
Only referrals for new clients who have not previously engaged with CURATED. are eligible for referral rewards.
This program applies only to direct referrals — the referred client must be the one engaging with CURATED. The referral reward does not apply to the client’s family members or extended projects booked through them.
Method of Referral:
For the referral to be valid, the referred client must mention the referrer’s name at the time of their inquiry or consultation.
The referrer must also register the referral via email at hello@thecurated.group (and have it confirmed via a reply email by CURATED) within one month of the time that referred client contact initially contacts CURATED., providing the client’s name and contact details plus project location information.
Payment Terms:
Referral rewards will be paid to the referrer (or to a designated charity via our “Pay It Forward” option) within 30 days of CURATED. receiving the client’s full payment for the project.
Referral rewards are only payable after the full design fee has been collected from the client for each eligible project.
Scope of Projects Covered:
The referral reward applies only to the Initial Design Fee on the first three projects completed with the referred client.
Each project must have a signed design agreement to qualify for the referral reward
Referral Bonus Structure:
5% of the initial design fee for the first project.
3% of the initial design fee for the second project.
2% of the initial design fee for the third project.
Referral rewards are calculated based on the initial design fee of each project completed by the referred client.
The initial design fee (and, therefore, the referral reward fee amount) varies depending on the scope and size of the project.
Cap on Referral Fees:
The maximum total referral rewards per referred client is capped at $10,000.
Project Suitability and Client Fit:
CURATED. solely reserves the right to determine which clients and projects are the right fit for our services. Our commitment to delivering excellence means that not all projects may align with our standards, and we retain the absolute discretion to accept or decline referrals based on this criteria. No referral rewards will be due with regards to any clients or projects that we decline for any reason.
Expiration:
The referral must be submitted and the initial project contract signed within six months of the referral to qualify.
Subsequent projects must begin within 12 months of the initial project to remain eligible for referral rewards.
Confidentiality & Compliance:
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the referral program terms and conditions.
CURATED. reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Dispute Resolution:
By participating in the CURATED. Referral Program, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Prior to initiating arbitration, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation. Florida law shall govern all aspects of this Agreement and any disputes arising hereunder. The parties hereby waive any right to a jury trial. In the event of arbitration or legal action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees, accountant fees, and any other costs incurred in connection with the dispute.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CURATED. And our partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents and/or programs they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
Severability:
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and Conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Modification:
CURATED. reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.
