This recently completed CURATED. interior design project – in the lush, tree-lined neighborhood of Pinecrest, Miami – innovates a fresh perspective on family living with an elegant-yet-approachable sensibility.
Designed as both a serene and nurturing home-base for a young family plus a refined space for entertaining, the home balances functionality with artistic sophistication. Every detail has been thoughtfully orchestrated. Custom finishes. Luxurious textures. Exquisite craftsmanship.
The living area features bespoke millwork that backdrops the television with an understated organic warmth. This same attention to detail extends into the office spaces, where tailored millwork enhances both form and function, creating environments that inspire productivity and creativity. Throughout the home, recessed LED lighting provides a subtle, modern glow, highlighting the layered textures and balanced design elements.
In the family room and breakfast nook, the soft interplay of light and fabric is achieved with Roman shades paired with blackout lining, while accents of Franco Linen-Blend Chenille lend a subtle and free-flowing touch. The dining area becomes an interior design focal point with the Raphael chandelier – a piece that marries organic forms with contemporary sophistication. Its totemic shapes of champagne and smoke glass, arranged like beads along a white acrylic diffuser, hang from a sleek linear framework of English bronze iron.
No detail was overlooked, with accessories selected to complement the home’s luxurious ambiance. Stoneware vases, alabaster coasters, potted succulents, floor lamps, decorative books, and striking wall art add to the depth of warmth and personality inherent in the finished interiors.
In the alfresco areas, sleek chaise loungers and elegant patio umbrellas sidle up against the glistening pool, creating a resort-worthy backdrop for outdoor living. On the covered lanai, a teak sofa with plush cushions is paired with coordinating side chairs, offering a versatile and inviting array of seating options. Together, these arrangements set the stage for Miami tropical-poolside-paradise-beach-lounge vibes perfect for entertaining, impromptu gatherings, and tranquil end-of-day moments with family.
