Step 1 - Understanding Your Vision

We don’t put a contract in front of you after the first call. Our team prides itself in truly getting to know you, and ensuring that we are the best fit for your project. We will also be discussing rough numbers, both fees and budgets, for the project. This step includes creating a moodboard for your project - this helps us ensure that our firm is a good fit for you, and our ideas complement yours.

Once we are working together, we will recapture all comments made so far and discuss the project in detail before getting started, ensuring that no new ideas are left behind.

Step 2 - Design Phase

Our design team will be curating exclusive, innovative and thoughtful design elements specific to your project. Powered by 21st-century technology, design meetings can take place virtually or in person, based on your needs. You will be given access to a design portal where you will be able to review and approve each and every aspect of your design.

When construction is involved, we usually prioritize architectural features over furnishings and decor - this way we can be efficient in the process and pass along your specifications to select contractors while we are working on your finishes and other design elements.

Step 3 - Procurement

As a full-service agency, we have the network and setup to handle all your furniture & decor procurement end-to-end. Our in-house procurement team is processing and tracking all orders on your behalf, leaving you stress-free about orders & shipments throughout your project. If desired, we can receive, inspect and store all your inventory at our own warehouse, eliminating the need for a third party service and thus making it a truly uncomplicated experience.

Step 4 - Quoting

(If applicable) - Quoting, if desired, is handled by our team. It is essential to note that only after the design phase is complete, an accurate construction budget will be available, as general contractors and subcontractors need those specifics to estimate their services and pricing.

Having the right handover meetings and relaying your approved design concept to select contractors is key.

Step 5 - Execution

The execution phase is when the design implementation begins. Once approved and quoted, we can handle all-round project management, including the oversight of production, delivery and installation of every design element. Our in-house team of project managers will be not only be able to assist in coordination, but plan periodic site visits to ensure the project is moving along as designed.

Step 6 - Installation

As soon as any construction or upgrades have been completed, our logistics team will be delivering and installing every piece that is part of your project. Final staging and accessorizing services are available, and if possible, we always love to schedule a grand reveal!
