Our expert purchasing team will handle every step of the tedious purchasing, follow-up and handling process. We receive, inspect, document and store each and every one of your pieces at our 11,000 sqft warehouse in Miami, for absolute piece of mind and convenience. We handle claims when needed, and process returns and refunds whilst providing weekly reporting on progress and accounting.
Great ideas are nothing without great execution. We step into the role of project managers and provide neat & complete documentation of all selected design elements to architects and contractors alike. We serve as central point of contact and procure budgets and timelines for your approval and help create a plan and structured approach for the implementation of the design.
Through our proven project management processes, we hold all parties of the project accountable to their deliverables, on a weekly basis. We conduct site visits, oversee production, keep meticulous notes of progress and changes. We implement quality and schedule control measures to keep the project on track at all times. Lastly, we coordinate deliveries and final staging and accessorizing to ensure the project can come to a completion for the grand reveal!
The timeframe for project completion is dependent on the shipment process and speed. When no construction or custom work is involved, we can typically complete the design and procurement process in 6 to 8 weeks.
