OUR PROCESS
Our interior design process is our blueprint for designing your dream home. It consists of various phases and is accomplished in 6 simple steps.
Step 1: Get in touch and tell us about your project
Contact our team of experts about your project requirements and goals.
You will receive a short questionnaire with insightful questions highlighting the basics of your project, your needs, and all the essential information about the project to ensure we are a good fit.
Step 2: Consultation and mood board creation
We will jump on a call or meeting with you to discuss your vision in detail. We evaluate the project, discuss the budget, and offer professional guidance.
Our team will create design mood boards based on your preferences, tastes, and ideas.
Once we confirm we are on the same page, we will send you the pricing and the expectations.
Step 3: Formal proposal and site visits
You will receive a full proposal outlining the scope of the project, timeline, project cost, and the services we will be providing. A contract will follow suit.
Next, we visit your site to experience the space in real-time and understand how to organize space planning.
Step 4: Design phase
At this phase, we will create and develop sketches, outlines, and design elements specific to your project. Depending on your preferences, we will embark on a virtual or in-person mid-concept presentation to review every aspect of the design.
This will enable us to refine the concept and the creative direction for a final presentation at the property so that you can see the recommendations in person.
Step 5: Procurement and project management
Our procurement team will process the order of design pieces and handle their storage after your approval.
Then, our execution team will supervise the contractors selected for the project to ensure strict adherence to the approved design, plan, time frame, and financing.
Our team will visit the site regularly to address any challenges and conduct a revision of the design plan, if necessary, to ensure it is still on track.
Step 6: Shipment, delivery, and installation
We will monitor and coordinate the storage and delivery of the shipment to the property.
During the installation of artwork, wallpapers, fixtures, and other accessories, our team will be on-site to supervise the process.
