Bamboo House went under contract in 7 days!

Our newest staged project, and also one of our all time favorites, listed and sold in just one week.

This unique home in the Wilton Manors area is the highest profile home in the area listed at $1.335 million. We had the pleasure of staging this expansive 4 bedroom in, what its builders Studio 818 called a “Boho Beachy” style.

We went with low profile furniture to ensure that the space felt open and flow-through. In addition we choose neutral toned pieces that fit elegantly with the white walls of the home. 

In true South Florida fashion, such a home needs an equally spectacular outdoor space. In the backyard is what gave this project its name - the bamboo foliage.

We truly loved having designed such a magnificent space, and are happy that it turned out to be so successful in having this property do so well in such little time on the market. When we stage, this is exactly what we are going for: record sales.
